Creating magical moments everyday
I’m Yvonne, a Wairarapa artist living on a small lifestyle block with three alpacas and Molly, our Shih Tzu, who is never far away.
My Swedish dishcloths begin as my original artwork and are designed to be used every day — in the kitchen, around the home, and anywhere you’d usually reach for a cloth or paper towel. They’re reusable, compostable, and made from a blend of cotton and cellulose, offering a practical alternative that still feels like something you’d want to use.
A small shift in everyday routines
Most people start with one, then find themselves reaching for it again and again. It sits by the sink, replaces the sponge, and quietly becomes the most-reached-for thing in the kitchen. Before long they’re ordering another one

Each cloth begins as a hand-drawn illustration, inspired by everyday life here in the Wairarapa — gardens, animals, changing seasons, and the small details that often go unnoticed.

A Zoom session, twice a month, where I simply do things. Garden, create, tidy the studio, clean, work on a new design. Whatever the morning calls for.
The idea is to bring your own project and join me for thirty minutes of warm company and getting things done together.
No agenda, no teaching. Just the pleasure of doing something you love alongside someone else doing the same.
